We are pleased to announce that our next Women in BioPharma Leadership (WBL) event will be held, virtually, on 25th April 2023.

Register your interest below and keep your diaries free between 16:00-18:00 BST / 17:00-19:00 CEST / 11:00-13:00 EDT.

We are delighted to share that we will be joined on the WBL panel by Jo Briggs Director, People Business Partner and Sarah Jones, a seasoned Leadership Coach. To find out more about our speakers, their passions and areas of expertise, we have included their bios below.

We are increasingly hearing senior leaders share the struggles involved in leading AND, critically, retaining their teams’ high performers. Whilst knowing what great leadership looks like and equipped with the ability to coach individuals effectively, retaining high performers is proving to be a real challenge.

With this in mind, our virtual event will explore:

  • Real-life HR insight across a variety of pharma organisations
  • What it takes to lead a high-performing team and be within one yourself
  • How you can deliver high performance whilst driving the company’s employee value proposition forward
  • What our WBL community are seeing – a chance to share personal insights with your industry peers.

The event is, as always, invitation-only and places will be offered on a first come first served basis to ensure that we keep the session insightful yet intimate.
